Refurbishment

KKB has the expertise to deliver high-end refurbishment schemes for residential, commercial and public sector spaces which cover the full range of disciplines and skills:

Electrical systems – to upgrade wiring, lighting, power distribution, control systems etc
Mechanical systems – updating HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and security
Interiors – renovating building interiors including layout adjustments, interior/lighting/décor/finishes incorporating eco-friendly equipment/materials

Reactive Maintenance

We can provide a responsive, on-demand service to respond to and resolve faults and unexpected breakdowns to restore a building’s functionality as quickly as possible.

Design & Build

KKB has the expertise, skills and resources to act as a one-stop shop to manage all of the core elements of the refurbishment process. This cohesive, integrated solution from one provider delivers multiple benefits including cost and time efficiencies as well as a single point of responsibility and accountability.

Principal Design

Our turkey service includes working closely with our clients and other designers or contractors to oversee and manage the health & safety of refurbishment and maintenance programmes. Our collaborative team can take full responsibility for the project’s H&S from risk assessment to sharing pre-construction information and the health & safety file.
