We can also integrate other services from the KKB Group to offer a complete, end-to-end solution which includes site establishment, service disconnections / redirections, asbestos removal, temporary works, soft-strip, structural demolition, land remediation and any associated groundworks to deliver the site ready for redevelopment.

Our dedicated, experienced management team have the expertise and knowledge to provide guidance and assistance to our clients throughout the process from early stage planning to completion on-site and beyond.

All of our demolition services are conducted in full compliance with our integrated health and safety, quality and environmental management systems which is certificated against ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We use controlled methodologies to enable us to safety deconstruct and dismantle structures and the company is a member of the National Demolition Training Group (NDTG) which ensures our operatives receive the most up-to-date training allowing them to carry out their works to the very highest standards.

Sustainability is a key issue for the construction sector and we have developed sophisticated systems to control emissions of dust, noise, vibration and fumes to minimise disturbance, disruption and health consequences to the local community and ecology. Meticulous planning of logistics and use of hybrid plant minimises the carbon footprint of our activities. We also implement procedures for collecting, segregating and recycling waste streams generated by demolition including the crushing/screening of concrete/hardcore wastes to produce recycled aggregates for re-use in the build phase.

KKB Remediation carried out the works at Crawley Works for us. They were selected from a list of 4 tendering contractors as being the best bid and best price. They completed works in 23 weeks. Their price was around £2.7m including novated fees of our engineer. The works involved the introduction of the highways to the site and lengths of private road with relevant infrastructure. They were complete to time and cost parameters and to a good standard.
