Custom built on a manoeuvrable track frame unit for ease of set up and transportation the stabilisation facility unit is designed to our own KKB Group specification.

This machine has been designed to deal with both granular and slightly cohesive materials at high production volumes of up to 250 tonnes per hour. 

The plant has computer controlled dosing and weighing systems and can add up to 2 powders, water and modifying fluid at any one time.

The plant has been successfully used for cement stabilisation of granular and cohesive materials, to produce engineered bentonite clay capping layer for landfill, lime stabilisation of geotechnicaly unsuitable materials and cement stabilisation of metal and hydrocarbon contaminated soils.

The mixer has also been used for the production of CBM Leanmix. The mixer can handle materials up to 40mm through its vibrating head into the fully controllable feeder conveyor. The mixer is a straight through twin pugmill high output unit.
