In April this year KKB Group became an approved supply chain partner of construction products supplier, CEMEX. Following a pre-qualification process KKB is now registered to provide CEMEX nationally with enabling works including bulk earthworks and the processing/recycling of construction wastes.
In May we won our first contract, a project to crush and process asphalt waste and planings at CEMEX’ Swinderby quarry near Lincoln. We followed that up with a project to process 15,000 tonnes of C&D waste into Type-1 aggregates at CEMEX’ plant in Dagenham.
In July we won a mini-tender to deliver a load and haul scheme at CEMEX Hatfield.
