KKB Group are specialists in recovering and recycling waste construction materials into new aggregate products.

Our aim is to apply the innovative techniques and technologies we’ve harnessed over two decades to maximise the value of waste materials. This in turn helps to increase the efficiency and sustainability of construction and civil engineering projects.

Our recycling strategy is based on continuous improvement, constantly investing in the very latest fuel efficient crushing plants, loading shovels and excavators to support our clients needs.

Sustainable, efficient and excellent value

Not only are we wholly committed to adding value with every service we provide, we also pride ourselves on our efficiency and cost saving. Our crushers have built in screening decks which allow us to leave a smaller carbon footprint and save costs by not fuelling a separate screener. Our fleet is made up of over 20 crushers, and we plan our own deliveries and movements using our very own bespoke loader lorries.

KKB Group - Still Setting the Standard

KKB Group go the extra mile when it comes to signing and guarding our recycling plants. Not only do we meet industry requirements, we also make sure that the bespoke standards and needs of our clients are also fully met. We process materials onsite and regrade material to exact client specifications. We can also remove materials to local facilities for recycling.

Our established, trusted relationships with major aggregate companies has led to other opportunities for bespoke recycling including:

  • Cone crushing to produce single-size aggregates
  • Screening and crushing of Railtrack ballast to produce a clean range of recycled aggregate products
  • Crushing waste concrete under WRAP quality protocol to make a Type 1 material to SHW 803
  • Carrying out overburden removal and digging operations in sand and groundworks

Our experienced team work together with other like-minded businesses and clients to deliver practical and cost effective recycling solutions that add value and reduce cost. To find out more, call us today on 01634 717712.
