Our aim is to maximise the value of waste materials and aggregates for our customers.
The materials we recycle include:
Our aims are to apply the experience we have accumulated over two decades in the sector to maximise the value of waste materials and aggregates for our customers and on our own sites.
This in turn helps to increase the efficiency and sustainability of construction material production and the civil engineering projects where they are used.
Our strategy is based on continuous improvement, constantly investing in the latest fuel efficient crushing/screening plant, loading shovels and excavators which enable us to carry out our business and to support our customer’s efficiency targets.
Sustainable and Efficient
We are committed to adding value with every service we provide. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and cost saving procedures.
Many of our crushers have built in screening units which allow us to leave a smaller carbon footprint. In many cases we reduce cost by not fuelling separate screening plant and reduce the number of low loader movements in and out of site .
Many of our machines are diesel-electric and extremely fuel-efficient.
This allows us to be competitive in our pricing.
Contract Crushing and Screening Fleet
Our fleet is made up of multiple crushers(Jaw, Cone and Impact), multiple screening plants( multi-deck and scalping), Excavators ( 20 – 70 Tonnes) and 20 Loading Shovels.
We plan and carry out the vast majority of our own plant movements using our own low loaders.
Setting the standard in mobile plant guarding
KKB Group and Recycled Roadways go the extra mile when it comes to guarding the danger points on our crushing and screening plant.
We far exceed the standards set by the manufacturers by fitting bespoke guarding to our crushing and screening plant.
This approach has enabled us to reduce the risks to our operatives, meet our customers standards and successfully expand our business.
We have long-established and trusted relationships with the major aggregate companies and privately owned companies.
